We coordinate closely with your venue to respect their rules and regulations, which may occasionally influence how we film or what equipment we use — but never at the cost of quality or artistry. Our goal is to be unobtrusive while capturing every important detail.
What’s Included
We’ve simplified the process by doing away with complicated “traditional packages.” Instead, we offer flexible coverage based entirely on what you need. Every Hub City Productions wedding video booking includes:
- A minimum of two professional videographers
- Up to three camera angles
- Separate high-quality audio recording
- 4K resolution recording
Your final video will be delivered as a downloadable file via a secure link, allowing you to save it directly to your personal devices for easy viewing and sharing. For your peace of mind, we also keep a master copy on file should you ever need a replacement in the future.
Live Streaming:
Share your big moment in real time with a professional broadcast of your ceremony in crisp 1080p (requires access to high-speed internet at the venue). With up to three camera angles and as many as four crew members working behind the scenes, we create a dynamic, TV-quality experience for your virtual guests. From custom holding screen graphics to smooth transitions, everything is handled with care and precision.
Your ceremony is streamed live to YouTube or a platform of your choice — but we don’t stop there. While the event is broadcast, we’re also recording high-quality raw footage and separate audio to ensure the best possible final product. So even if something unexpected

Ceremony Only (up to 4 hours): $1,840 taxes in

Record and Edit: Just like our streaming service, we capture your special day in full 4K video — but instead of live streaming, we focus on recording everything locally. Then, we carefully edit the footage in post-production to create a polished final video that beautifully tells your story.

A Little Flexibility, Just in Case!
If your celebration takes us beyond the Greater Moncton area, a travel fee will be added to your final invoice. And if you need a bit more time on the day, no worries — additional coverage is available at $50/hour per crew member.

We’ll bring a camera to your rehearsal (up to 4 hours) to capture those behind-the-scenes moments as you prepare for “I do.”
Love Story – $800
An on-camera interview that weaves together your story, your own photos, and heartfelt moments — edited as part of your wedding film or as a beautiful standalone keepsake.
Interview Booth – $250
A video guestbook with a twist. We’ll set up a booth at your reception where guests can record personal messages, advice, and love for the happy couple.
